Kids'Skills App is the latest edition of the popular educational program, created by Dr. Ben Furman. It is designed to help children, teenagers and adults to develop the skills they need in order to achieve their goals and live a healthy and happy life.
The program consists of three main elements:
Learning - the ability to acquire new knowledge and skills.Motivation - the ability to get a desired result, achieve a goal, work on a task, and stay focused.Gratitude - the ability to recognize and appreciate what you have, what you have done, and what you have achieved.
